Skin tone The skin tone map

For shooting sessions via tethering, Canova introduces a map dedicated to checking skin tones live, shot after shot

You can check in real time for the typical, annoying shifts of the skin towards green or magenta

Refine it with the vectorscope dedicated to skin tone, or set your own reference with the eyedropper: the most natural for the subject, or the one that best fits the mood of the scene

Also available in post-production thanks to our Photoshop plugin

Contrasts The contrast diagnosis

Canova automatically detects edges and text and returns a diagnosis of their contrast against the background, according to the WCAG 2.2 standard

See at a glance whether your logo and brand are clearly legible in your product shots, right on set, while you shoot
